LLP MIRTEK is a well-coordinated team of engineers, developers and researchers with vast experience in designing energy metering devices and systems. We create projects in Kazakhstan and abroad.

Creation of complex high-tech solutions for energy metering

We develop devices with split structure and remote reading on IHD (in-home display), devices for communication transfer systems, devices for internal installation in switchboards, controllers for industrial automation.
Development of the own software

The software products of the MIRTEK brand — MeterTools, RadioAccess 4 and M2M Server are successfully used by large companies and government agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Cross-platform software packages are constantly being developed, updated and supported by our team of developers.
Putting metering devices into commercial operation
For comprehensive testing of developments, we have a test facility including:
- Stands for assessing electromagnetic and inductive interference;
- Stations for testing the electrical strength of the insulation;
- Metrology equipment for internal testing.
All the metering devices produced undergo rigorous testing and verification.
Design and installation of SEMS, commissioning work

Automated commercial metering system is a powerful tool for significant reduction of financial losses in supply of electricity. SEMS ensures remote and accurate collection of readings from all metering points, eliminating manual operations and reducing the likelihood of errors. The system instantly detects unauthorized connections, notifies about attempts to interfere with the operation of meters and allows to localize and eliminate sources of losses in the shortest possible time without significant additional costs.

We build SEM/AUM systems based on our own equipment, and provide a full range of services from the initial request, survey and system engineering to commissioning.
Individual design development of products and components

In addition to standard devices, specialists from LLP MIRTEK design liquid-crystal indicators, shunts and relays. Finished products according to our documentation are manufactured at enterprises in Kazakhstan and at proven foreign sites. We take on orders for the design development of new devices and the preparation of documentation for launching industrial production.
Street lighting

We develop and create remote control systems for outdoor lighting (RCS OL). The company’s cases include the development of special application software designed for programming and monitoring lighting control systems, as well as for integration with related SCADA systems and controllers. The application software can be used as a single server for managing urban lighting.
Integration with digital terminals

LLP MIRTEK offers professional services for the integration of digital relay protection and automation (RPA) terminals in accordance with the IEC 61 850 standard. This modern protocol enables high-speed data exchange between intelligent electrical devices (IED) that allows to create flexible, fault-tolerant management systems for power facilities. We implement projects of any complexity — from setting up interactions between individual terminals to building complex systems of digitalized substations with integration into SCADA and energy metering systems.
